Colonel Courtney Taylor has served 24 years in Army troop leadership and staff positions primarily as a paratrooper logistics officer, commanding at the platoon, company, battalion, and brigade levels. He served in combat tours (Iraq and Afghanistan) where he earned the Bronze Star Medal and peacekeeping operations (Sinai, Egypt) and is a jumpmaster, air assault, and an Army Ranger. Colonel Taylor holds Masters of Science degrees in both Logistics Management and Strategic Studies. He is married to Kimberly and they have two children, Savannah (13) and Jackson (12).
