Education


Mrs. Lilavois graduated with a BS in Biological Sciences from California State University, Los Angeles in 2000 and received a Masters in Education, Science Education/ Cross Cultural Teaching/ PCLAD from National University, Costa Mesa, California in 2003.  Mrs. Lilavois graduated with an  EdS in Instruction, Curriculum and Professional Development in July of 2015



Experience

Mrs. Lilavois has taught many classes in the Private and Public sector of schools. Some of them include Biology, Biology(H) and AP Biology, Environmental Science, Anatomy & Physiology, Conceptual Physics, Forensics, Health Education, and IB-Environmental Systems within the International Baccalaureate Program. Mrs. Lilavois has also been an Activitiies director and worked with Student coucil,  taught leadership,  Kickboxing, Yoga, and Dance. Mrs. Lilavois currently volunteers with ChristFit in Madison. 



Bio

Mrs. Lilavois was born and raised in Arcadia, a small suburb outside of Los Angeles,California. Mrs. Lilavois recently moved to the Huntsville area in July of 2012 to be closer to family.  Mrs. Lilavois has been married for 12 years to her husband Randy, who is a Women's College Soccer coach and also works at JCHS. She has two beautiful daughters, Makayla, 9 and Melina, 5. Both  daughters will love coming on campus and becoming a JET! Mrs. Lilavois is very excited to be teaching Environmental Science!
