National Technical Honor Society

Mission:  To honor student achievement and leadership in career and technical education, promote educational excellence, award scholarships, and enhance career opportunities for the NTHS membership.
 

Vision:  To be the international leader in providing recognition for excellence in career and technical education.

Qualifications for National Technical Honor Society:

• 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA
• 3.5 or higher GPA for Career & Technical Courses
• Must have a minimum of 3 Career & Technical courses in a sequence (Example for Health Science:  Orientation to Health Science, Foundations of Health Science, Human Body Structures and Functions)
• Must been an active member of your Career & Technical Service Organization (Example for Health Science:  HOSA)

Membership to NTHS is by invitation only once verification that all requirements have been met by the applicant. The cost is $35.  
 

Member benefits include a newly designed custom portfolio, which has an ID card, custom certificate, white tassel with NTHS drop, lapel pin, window decal and a seal to be affixed to their certificate or diploma at graduation. Honor cords are available for purchase in the Spring.
